How does it work?

Load a roll, take your shots, and tap send. About an hour later we text you a link to your developed photos.

When do I get my photos?

Roughly an hour after you send a roll. Yes, really an hour. No, you can't rush it — that's kind of the point.

It's been more than an hour.

Hang tight a little longer. If it's well past, email support@1hr.photo and we'll dig in. Your shots are safe.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP to any message and you're out. Reply HELP for help.

Where are my photos stored?

On a private link for 30 days, then they're deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
