1HR ("we," "us") is operated by Wuji, LLC. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to develop and deliver your photos.

What we collect

• Your phone number — which you enter and verify in the app, so we can text you your developed photos.
• Your photos — the images you capture and submit, so we can develop and deliver them.
• Basic app/usage data — limited technical information needed to run the service.

How we use it

• To develop your roll and deliver your photos by text and a private web link.
• To send a one-time verification code to confirm your phone number.
• To provide support and keep the service working.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing. We use service providers only to operate 1HR (e.g. Twilio to send your texts, our hosting provider to store your photos) and only for that purpose.

Retention & deletion

Developed-roll links are available for a limited time (currently 30 days) and then deleted. Request deletion anytime at support@1hr.photo.

Messaging

By providing your number you agree to receive transactional texts about your rolls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Messaging Terms.
